Instructions
1. Place 6-8 eggs in the big pot and cover with 1 inch cold water. 2. Bring to a boil, uncovered. 3. Once boiling, turn off heat, cover and let sit for 9 minutes. 4. Carefully pour off water. 5. Remove with a spoon and place in a bowl of ice water. 6. Dry and store for 5 days.
